Return and Refund Policy

At MTK Clothing, we take pride in providing quality items made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: mtkofficialbrand@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, your email must include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the damaged item (pictures are required)

Once your claim is reviewed, we will do our best to make it right. Resolution options may include a replacement item or store credit, depending on the situation.

Important Notes:

  • Claims submitted without photos will not be reviewed
  • Items damaged due to improper care or incorrect sizing are not eligible for replcement.
