Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days after your order has been placed.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or new collection launches.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
Delivery time varies depending on the carrier and your location. Once your order has been shipped, MTK Clothing is no longer responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, MTK Clothing is not responsible for
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
MTK Clothing is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Address entry errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will reship the item once it has been received back at our facility.
A $6.50 reshipping fee will be required before the item is sent out again.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
